The Business Travel Show Europe hosted buyer programme is designed for busy travel buyers like you, providing an enhanced method of attending to ensure you get the most out of your time out of the office. The programme puts the power in your hands, allowing you fast-track access to the suppliers you want to meet with, the education sessions you want to attend, and the networking opportunities you want to be involved with.

The hosted buyer programme attracts hundreds of influential national, EMEA and global travel managers and procurement, purchasing and sourcing category specialists.

  • Minimum €1 million annual travel budget
  • Global/National/EMEA Travel Manager
  • Category specialists in procurement, purchasing and sourcing
  • Make budgetary and policy decisions across travel within your organisation

Pre-scheduled appointments

As a hosted buyer you will be required to pre-schedule five 20-minute appointments per day with a choice of 200+ exhibitors during your visit to Business Travel Show Europe. Ensuring you fast-track and priority access to busy supplier stands at a time that suits you.

Pre-show conference dinner

Following the pre-show conference, join your fellow hosted buyers for a relaxed evening of networking drinks and dinner at a location close to ExCeL. Mix with old friends and new acquaintances as you wind down after a busy day of travelling and learning and before a busy two days of the exhibition and appointments! There will be a table plan for dinner, so there is no need to worry about how you will make friends as you kick-start your hosted buyer experience and get to know your peers.

Day one dinner

After a full first day at the exhibition, join your hosted buyer peers once again for an exclusive evening of drinks, food and networking. Re-connect as you share your learnings, ideas and plans for when you return to the office. Everything is taken care of for you, from transfers, seating plans and dietary requirements, so please do join us as your peers thoroughly enjoy these evenings and are a friendly bunch!
