What are my attendance options?

At Business Travel Show Europe, there are three different ticket options to register, each with its own requirements. Based on your role and responsibility, you will fall into one of the three categories below.

You can select complimentary buyer registration if you are either a corporate travel manager, meeting planner or a procurement/ sourcing professional responsible for managing your company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings programme.

You may also qualify for our hosted buyer programme if you manage a minimum €1 million annual travel budget and make budgetary and policy decisions across travel within your organisation.

Buyer

Complimentary registration is only available for corporate travel managers, meeting planners and procurement/ sourcing professionals who are responsible for managing their company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings programme. Or PAs, EAs, HR and facilities managers who book travel as part of their roles.

You will get access to:

  • All onsite content session, including buyer-only sessions

  • All exhibitors

  • The event app to arrange meetings with exhibitors

  • Networking events

  • TravelTech Show and The Meetings Show

REGISTER

Please note: all registrations will be vetted.

Hosted buyer

Places on the hosted buyer programme are limited and subject to approval. We handle your travel, accommodation, transfers and refreshments so you can focus solely on what matters most—your meetings and connections.

  • Minimum €1 million annual travel budget
  • Global/National/EMEA Travel Manager
  • Category specialists in procurement, purchasing and sourcing
  • Make budgetary and policy decisions across travel within your organisation

As part of the hosted buyer programme, you get access to:

  • Pre-scheduled appointments with the exhibitors of your choice
  • Buyer-only conference sessions

  • Onsite lounge, including lunch and refreshments

  • Hosted buyer-only networking events

  • Travel and accommodation

  • The event app

  • All content session

  • TravelTech Show and The Meetings Show

Non-exhibiting supplier

If you do not directly book corporate travel or meetings for your business OR you are a supplier and aren't exhibiting you will need to buy a pass to attend the show or become an exhibitor.

Rates:

£699 + VAT before March 31, 2025
£850 + VAT between 1 April - 24 June
£999 + VAT onsite 25 - 26 June

A visitor pass gives you access to:

  • Access for both days of the show
  • All the onsite content, excluding hosted buyer only content
  • The show floor
  • The event app and virtual platform
  • TravelTech Show and The Meetings Show

Please note: Buying a visitor pass does not give you access to the buyer attendee list or the ability to book meetings. If you would like access to these, you will need to exhibit.

Preparing for Business Travel Show Europe

Before the show

Plan your schedule

Take some time to familiarise yourself with our floor plan, exhibitors and conference agenda. Make a note of which sessions you are most keen to attend, exhibitors you want to visit and any networking events that you want to attend. This way you'll have an idea of how to structure your days around your must-see exhibitors, sessions and networking events.

Let your network know you're attending this year's show

You can easily let your networks know you'll be attending this year's event by sharing on your social media channels. Why not plan to meet up at one of the various networking events we have happening?

Map out the exhibitors you want to visit

With hundreds of exhibitors, it’s helpful to plan ahead. Become familiar with the show floor and select who you want to meet on-site so you can plan a route around the show each day.

Travelling far? Why not book a hotel close to ExCeL

Attending the show on both days? Got a long commute? Why not book into a hotel close to ExCeL to maximise your time. There are lots of networking events taking place after the show and we'd hate you to miss them due to having to catch a train home.

You’re at Business Travel Show Europe to learn AND network, so challenge yourself to connect with at least three new people every day.

During the show

Arrive at ExCeL in good time

You may have to queue when you arrive at ExCel so give yourself plenty of time to get your badge scanned before entering the halls. Once inside familiarise yourself with the show floor and exhibition layout. Take some time to walk the floor and make sure that your pre-arranged route still works for you.

Use our event hashtag on your social media channels

If you’re enjoying a particular session or event, let other people know about it. Include #BTShowEu and #fortheloveoftravel in all of your social media posts – we may even repost your post on our own channels.

Wear comfortable shoes

You’ll do a surprising amount of walking at Business Travel Show Europe. Between leaving your accommodation, walking between sessions and attending networking events, you may well be on your feet all day. Make sure you wear shoes which are comfortable and won't cause you pain.

Stay hydrated and plan in time for breaks

Whilst at the show it's important that you take some time to rest and remember to stay hydrated throughout the day. You'll find plenty of seating areas inside the show as well as locations to top up your water bottle throughout the day.

Remember to turn on your out of office

Before you set off to ExCeL don't forget to turn on your out-of-office so your colleagues know where you are on 19 - 20 June.

Is there a specific company you want to meet with whilst at ExCeL? Head straight to their stand and their team members will be happy to talk you through their products and solutions.

Make sure to attend the networking events

Don't forget to participate in the many networking events put on by our exhibitors. They'll give you ample opportunities to meet the exhibitors and attendees in a less formal setting.

If there's someone you want to talk to, introduce yourself

If there is a particular person you'd like to talk to, you absolutely can walk up to them and introduce yourself. You don't need to wait to be formally introduced by someone else.

After the show

Contact your new connections

Take some time to contact the exhibitors and people that you met during your time at the show. Drop them an email or send them a LinkedIn request to make sure that you stay connected.
