We have a solution for every budget and KPI. If you want to make a big splash, then a space-only stand if your best option; if you’re looking for something lower-key to hold a couple of meetings, then the meeting pods of the hub could be the right place for you to start.

When can I start contacting buyers?

Around four weeks out from the show. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you an email a couple of days ahead, so you know the exact time and date you can log in. Then you’ll receive an email from the event planner with a link to log in. From then, you’ll be able to message hosted buyers and visitor buyers, manage your diary and more.
