The Business Travel Innovation Faceoff 2025
Featuring up to 12 presentations of cutting-edge products, technologies and services that address industry challenges and support managed business travel, meetings or business travellers. The presentations will take place live at the Business Travel Show Europe and made available on demand post-show to all attendees and promoted to BTN Europe’s qualified database of 14,000+ corporate travel and meetings buyers.

The Business Travel Show Europe is the largest European specialist business travel exhibition and conference, featuring more than 700 corporate travel and procurement professionals responsible for setting travel policy, managing and buying business travel/meetings on behalf of their companies/organisations as well as more than 2,500 travel suppliers.
Presentation
Each presenter will have seven minutes of speaking time followed by four minutes of Q&A from a panel of expert judges (corporate travel buyers and consultants), as well as a two minutes of audience Q&A.
Production
Presentations, up to eight on 25 June and four on 26 June, will take place live on the show floor and are open to all Business Travel Show Europe attendees. The judges will announce the winner on 26 June during an afternoon session, including remarks by the judges about each presentation.
Promotion
Business Travel Innovation Faceoff presenters will be featured in visitor promotions sent to travel professionals throughout Europe. The Faceoff agenda, along with a description of the company, and photo and title of the presenter, will be listed on the show registration site and in the show mobile app.
The BTN Group will host recordings of all presentations in an on-demand portal which it will promote to all attendees and its database of corporate travel managers and procurement professionals throughout Europe after the live event.
Application eligibility, process, and deadlines
Application eligibility: Suppliers who have introduced/launched managed business travel, meetings or business traveller products, technologies or services in 2022 or later.
Application deadline: Complete the online application deadline no later than 17 March 2025.
Application process: The BTN Group staff will notify accepted applicants by 14 April 2025. Accepted applicants have five days from notification to confirm their participation or they forfeit the opportunity to present. Accepted applicants must pay the non-refundable presentation fee by 5 May 2025.
Presenter fee – 15,000.00 GBP
- 7-minute live presentation with 4-minutes of judges’ Q&A and 2-minutes of audience Q&A.
- Two complimentary registration passes – one presenter and one colleague. Additional registrations for colleagues can be purchased at 250 GBP.
- 250-character company description and logo to be included on the show registration website.
- Pre-event travel buyer registration list including name, job title, company, email, T&E spend (GDPR compliant).
- Presenting companies will be featured in one attendee promotion sent to the BTN Group database of European corporate travel managers and procurement professionals.
- Presentations will be made available on-demand on a dedicated website and promoted to the BTN Group database of European corporate travel managers and procurement professionals in July.
- MP4 video file recording of your presentation two weeks after the event.
Scholarship presenter fee – 5,000.00 GBP
Two scholarships are available for startup/emerging companies that were incorporated during or after 2022.
