Complimentary buyer registration for Business Travel Show Europe 2026 ended on Friday 19th June. All new registrations are charged at £999 + VAT.
If you are a buyer and believe you should still receive a free registration, please speak to a member of staff at the show.

For all corporate travel and meetings professionals attending in a non-supplier role and for suppliers, agencies, consultants, and other industry professionals attending the show.
Onsite Rate: *£999 + VAT pp for passes purchased on show days (24-25 June).
A visitor pass gives you access to:

- The event app
- TravelTech Show and The Meetings Show
*Passes are not refundable in line with our terms and conditions.

For exhibitors registering staff members during show days.
Please note: Complimentary exhibitor staff registrations are now closed. All new exhibitor staff registrations are charged £999 + VAT per person, including where complimentary staff allocations were not fully used.
