A quick note before you travel: A red weather warning is in place for parts of the UK, with very high temperatures forecast.


Don't worry - the show is air-conditioned and water refill stations, sponsored by Avanti West Coast, will be available throughout the venue. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle and checking your journey before departure, as some rail and road services may be affected by the heat.

EVENTWELL

Business Travel Show Europe takes place during Event Wellbeing Week (22–28 June), and EventWell are on-site across both days with spaces and support designed to help you get the most from the show. That includes a SensoryCalm™ Quiet Room for when you need to pause and reset, The CalmHub for short drop-in sessions and quiet moments, and EventWell Buddies - trained volunteers on hand throughout both days as a friendly face and signpost to any support you might need. GETPICA

In partnership with GetPica, we’re enhancing the attendee experience with intelligent real-time photo delivery. Using advanced AI recognition technology, participants can securely access personalised event galleries directly from their smartphones, helping turn memorable moments into instantly shareable experiences.

Following the event, attendees will also be able to log in and use AI-powered photo recognition to instantly find and download every photo they appear in, all within a secure, private gallery experience.

ON-SITE CRÈCHE

Delivered in partnership with event childcare specialist Nipperbout, a crèche will be available for delegates attending the event on 24-25 June 2026 at Excel London and will welcome children of all ages, from babies and toddlers through to teenagers, and will also include a dedicated breastfeeding and nappy changing area.

Bookings are now closed but the crèche will be available for drop-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note, the crèche will close daily for lunch between 1:15pm and 2:00pm.
