Business Travel Direct at the 2020 Business Travel Show
Business Travel Direct is delighted to be exhibiting at the Business Travel Show following a phenomenal and historic year in 2019.
Business Travel Direct joined the Reed & Mackay Group in July – a fantastic opportunity bringing with it a range of exciting potential for the benefit of clients and access to an incredible global network of 14 wholly-owned offices and international partners across 40 countries.
Business Travel Direct then went on to claim the prestigious TMC Elite SAP Concur partnership status when SAP Concur relaunched their partner programme in November. Having worked incredibly closely with the technology provider for many years, and with certified teams across the business and a true Concur focus, Business Travel Direct is one of only a handful of TMC Elite partners headquartered outside of the UK.
This year, Business Travel Direct was also first to market with a number of NDC initiatives through SAP Concur, demonstrating this commitment to the partnership and forward-thinking approach to the changing business travel landscape.

Business Travel Direct will be hosting a drinks reception at 3:30pm on Wednesday 26th February at stand B960. A session by SAP Concur’s Channel Development Manager, Paul Albury will be running at 11:30am the same day, focussing on the Traveller’s End to End Journey.
The following morning, Business Travel Direct’s Ian Ferguson will be running a session in collaboration with an existing Business Travel Direct client at 11:30am in the Olympia Room, covering the fundamentals of travel policy.
