Access for contractors / exhibitors during build-up and breakdown periods
Anyone exhibitor or contractor entering the hall during the build-up and breakdown periods will be expected to
Pedestrian access during the build up and breakdown of the show will be via Contractor Entrances 3, 4, 5 and 6 and the Lorry Way. During the show open times, you can access the hall through the main entrance.

Please be aware that all vehicles will be required to book via the ExCel carbon Voyage booking system. This keeps a record of ALL vehicles and allows traffic to manage and limit queues for everyone on site as all vehicles have a booked in slot and timeframe. You must not arrive on site until 15 minutes prior to your booked in slot else you will be turned away.
Parking while the event is open
Parking for cars and transits up to 3.5 tonnes is £25 for 24 hours, available using pay and display. Parking for commercial vehicles (those up to 2.8m high) costs £30 for 24-hours. Parking for lorries which weigh 3.5 tons and over is £35 for 24 hours, available using pay and display. Please note the Orange car park only permit vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres height.

We advise that you do not send any packages directly to the venue or your stand
To ensure your deliveries arrive at the show safely please contact our logistics partner ILS who can accept your packages before the show at their offices or at the show on your behalf. Please contact ILS here using the password: BTS23 or use their order form
If your own courier is delivering to the venue please ensure that you're there to receive the delivery and that the courier has a mobile number for who will be on the stand.
Neither the Organiser or the Venue will take responsibility for goods delivered to an unmanned stand or accept on your behalf.
If you are not going to be present to accept your delivery please contact ILS to accept this on your behalf.
It is the responsibility of the Main Stand Holder to order and register badges for each person that will be working on the stand during the show. Please register your colleagues here.
We request exhibitors wear their badges at all times at the event, without a badge access cannot be gained.
Exhibitor access during build-up and breakdown
In addition to exhibitor badges, everyone accessing the halls for build-up must register with security and undertake a site induction before receiving a wristband which will allow access.
The site induction can be completed prior to arrival which will save time for everyone. Details can be found here.
