United Airlines flies direct from London Heathrow to seven U.S. cities including Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York/Newark, San Francisco and Washington D.C. with connections to over 260 destinations across the Americas. This year, we're pleased to offer up to 24 daily departures from Edinburgh and London Heathrow, including a second daily service to Los Angeles.

Transforming the flying experience. Our departures from London Heathrow feature 6ft 6in lie-flat, all aisle access United Polaris℠ business class seats, kitted with Saks Fifth Avenue luxury bedding and skincare from Therabody.

United's Therabody collaboration includes wellness products across the entire travel experience – in United Polaris lounges, onboard United Polaris business class and even earning miles on purchases for United MileagePlus℠ members.

Our premium economy seat, United Premium Plus℠, is designed for more comfort and convenience; and our ergonomically designed Economy Plus℠ and economy seating ensures options to suit all your traveller's needs.

We are working to build a more sustainable airline by reducing our carbon emissions.  We are also working to diversify the skies.

We're 10 years in earning a perfect score on Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index and our historic inaugural class at our first-of-its-kind flight school, United Aviate Academy, is 80% women and people of colour. Sustainable aviation fuel, hydrogen engines and electric planes may sound like something from a sci-fi story, but our airline is working every day to make that idea a reality in the future.

Some services are not available on all aircraft and/or departure points. Schedule subject to change.  United has invested in hydrogen-electric engines and electric aircraft for short-haul regional flights in the Americas. Electric aircraft are not part of United's current fleet.
