Award-winning, Dublin-based Staycity Group was established in 2004 by CEO Tom Walsh and his brother Ger specialising in quality short- and longer-term stay aparthotels in prime European city locations for both business and leisure travellers. 

Our mission is to bring travellers a unique city stay by combining hotel standards with apartment living. Guest can enjoy the comforts of home in stylish kitchen and living spaces. From refuelling to recharging, our facilities meet guest needs, whether they are staying for a week, a month or a year. 

We have two brands: Staycity Aparthotels, unique hospitality experience designed for guests to enjoy their city stay on their own terms.  We like to think we’re unique in the aparthotel market: take essential amenities, award-winning service and sprinkle in ultra-smart design.

 Then, we have Wilde Aparthotels, an ideal pairing of apartment freedom and hotel comforts, Wilde offers sophisticated yet playful, practical yet unique city apartment experience, refined and alive with Irish spirit.  

Staycity Group is now one of Europe’s leading aparthotel operators with a growing estate of  5,300 apartments across 32 locations including: Berlin, Birmingham, Bordeaux, Dublin, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Marseille, Paris and Venice. Further expansion will take Staycity into Portugal and The Netherlands, with developments about to open in Lisbon, Porto and in Amsterdam with other cities yet to be announced.
