Founded in 2007, YOTEL has evolved from airside properties to three distinct brands. YOTEL city centre hotels for those seeking cityscapes; YOTELAIR convenient airport terminal properties for travellers in transit; and YOTELPAD, the long-stay aparthotels offering comfortable, spacious accommodations for extended stays. YOTEL launched its corporate program, Work Perk, last year which is available in all city centre properties. Each property aims to conserve resources, optimize space utilization sustainably and infuse tech solutions where possible. As soon as you enter a YOTEL property, tech solutions enhance your stay, we’ve replaced the traditional front desk with self-service stations (24-hour reception is still there if needed), so you don't waste your time in a queue. Most properties come with the YOTEL adjustable SmartBed™—a couch by day, and a comfy bed by night. Our New York hotel boasts the YOBOT, the world’s first robotic luggage concierge, while our Boston and Singapore hotels have delivery robots, YO2D2s, that navigate lifts and corridors to bring amenities directly to your room.
