Szymon graduated from international relations and philology at Poznan university in 2012. He joined Ingka Group in April 2015, initially in the Shared Service Centre Travel & Expense team. After a few years gaining experience in travel and expense, including a pre-study of payment solutions, he relocated to Malmö, Sweden in June 2022 to join the Ingka Global Meeting & Travel team. Since then his primary goal is to establish centralized payment solutions for meetings & travel to reduce cash/self-pay. Other areas of his responsibility are: visa services & business travel insurance. He speaks 5 different languages.
