Susanne is the Head of Customer Experience and Offering of the Renewables Products business unit at Neste, the world's leading producer of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
She leads a global team responsible for accelerating new solutions to move the needle on sustainability, overseeing innovative partnerships across the aviation spectrum - from large corporate customers to reaching the average consumer to reduce emissions.
Susanne brings together years of sustainability know-how, customer-centricity, a vision for change and leadership to execute. Prior to joining Neste, Susanne worked for the World Bank, at PwC and the Rainforest Alliance, developing and growing new solutions that contribute to positive change of the world around us.
