Lynne started her career in the business travel industry as a trainee business travel consultant. Her career progressed through management roles in various TMCs eventually becoming Managing Director of a leading TMC. During this time, Lynne recruited and developed teams across the company including HR & Training, Operations, IT, Account Management, Supplier Procurement, Product and Sales and led the company to become the first TMC in the UK to achieve Investor in People status; evidence of her commitment to investing in travel's greatest asset, its employees.

Lynne launched Sirius in 2003 as a specialist recruitment and executive search firm, dedicated to the business travel industry. Sirius are renowned as the experts when recruiting travel manager/buyer roles for corporates and for management to Board positions for the travel sector supply chain. In response to the global pandemic, Sirius has rebranded and along with their recruitment and head-hunting expertise, they also provide services for the full talent life cycle including outsourced HR, training, coaching and mentoring programmes.
