Lucy has more than 20 years' experience in the ever-changing travel, meetings and events (TME) and payment industries, working in leadership roles across service delivery, process optimization and external partner management. She joined EY in 2017 to lead the global corporate card program, delivering new product implementations and managing the program across more than 60 markets with a focus on leveraging technology. She has just taken on the role of global innovation and technology leader for the EY TME team. She lives in in Scotland with her wife Sara and son Will and a collection of dogs and horses. She's a massive rugby fan and loves walking.
