A recognised leader of high performing, award winning teams, Leanne has held customer-facing roles in business travel, meetings and events since 2007 at NYS Meetings & Events, before taking on the role of Agiito's Director of Account Management in 2020. This team oversees 250 customers, with a forecasted TTV of £340m in 2023. Last year, Leanne led Agiito's Account Management Team to win two industry awards at the Business Travel Awards Europe and ITM Achievement Awards.  

Leanne leads by example, and inspires others toward shared goals, with her voluntary position on GBTA's Meetings & Events Committee and as a Supplier Board Director at ITM, where she has relaunched ITM's successful mentoring programme and established the first ITM Achievement Awards.
