Jen's mission is to develop quality educational programming based on industry trends, best practices and research to help ensure corporate travel managers have the information necessary to lead best-in-class travel programs. Prior to joining The BTN Group, she served as the Manager of Global Education for the Association of Corporate Travel Executives. Jen has a 20-plus year history working in non-profit and association sectors with a strong emphasis in training and development.
