Fredrik Hermelin is the new General Manager at Swedish Business Travel Association (SBTA). 

In his recent role as Senior Director, Global Sales he built an extensive network of global clients. Fredrik's passion for travel & meetings transformation, strategic travel programs and technology innovation is keeping him busy as a keynote speaker and influencer to travel and meetings management programs in the Nordics.  

Fredrik strongly believes there is an urgent need to improve the dialogue and partnership between corporate clients and travel service providers. The last 12 months of unnecessary RFP activities have damaged the industry. There is an urgent need to underline the word Partnership.
