She has covered the hospitality and real estate industries for nearly 20 years for both B2B and consumer publications, and has been a panelist and moderator at various travel industry events. Prior to joining BTN, Donna earned her M.A. in Journalism, focusing on international reporting, and was an Overseas Press Club Foundation scholar at the Reuters bureau in Bangkok. Previously, she also served as editorial director for consumer startup TravelMuse, executive editor of Incentive magazine, senior editor of MeetingNews magazine and contractor for travel research company Phocuswright.
