David Santos has worked in recruitment for 25 years. He started his career with a city-based recruitment agency before eventually moving in-house. David has worked predominantly for technology companies, but also spent five years in financial services, working in debt capital markets. He has now joined Amadeus as Head of Talent, looking after recruitment for the UK & Poland, Western Europe markets. In this role he looks after all levels of recruitment, including graduate and intern, as well as learning and development.
