Prior to making real estate technology his focus, Craig James spent 22 years on Wall Street in equity derivative trading, and eight years abroad in Hong Kong where he last served as the CIO and Founder of Expedition Advisors Ltd, a long-biased volatility hedge fund. During his time in Asia, Craig spent over five years in corporate serviced apartments, "living the problem" he set out to solve. Craig started his career at Susquehanna Investment Group and became the head of equity derivatives trading at Deutsche Bank Group in Hong Kong. Craig received his MBA in Finance from the University of Texas-Austin and his BA in Liberal Arts and Economics from Wheaton College.
