Clare leads the Talent Acquisition Marketing team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, UK/IE.  As one of the UK's largest graduate recruiters, her team partners with over 160 Universities across the countries to attract the best and brightest talent. 

Clare is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and sits on the UK Council at Enterprise.  In addition to this, Clare co-chairs the Diversity Task Group at the Institute of Student Employers, exploring ways to reach and develop underrepresented talent. 

Most recently Clare was recognised as an Inspiring Automotive Woman of the year by the Automotive 30% Club, inspiring the next generation of women to enter the automotive industry.
