Carsten joined CIBT as Managing Director Nordics in 2018 bringing more than 10 years' experience of the travel and logistics industries. In 2023, Carsten was appointed Regional Managing Director for Europe and with that, assumed overall responsibility for additional markets. In 2021, Carsten's remit broadened once more as he took responsibility for CIBT's immigration services in a number of European markets, including Switzerland, France and Spain. Prior to joining CIBT, Carsten served in the Danish Army with multiple deployments to conflict zones across the world. He has lived and worked in multiple countries and is a fluent speaker of Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English.
