Carine Morin has over 10 years of experience in the travel industry with roles progressing from booking agent to business travel programme leader. In her current role, Carine is Regional Travel Manager at ServiceNow, with responsibility for the company’s EMEA travel programme and global hotel programme. She is also Chair of the European Aviation Committee for GBTA. Previously, Carine was in a similar role at a pharmaceutical company, focusing on its global air and EMEA travel programmes. Carine is focused on traveller experience and implementing solutions to facilitate the booking process.
