Amanda is working as an office manager at BLAST, a company that elevates esports events, taking it to the next level of entertainment all over the world. She supports the entire organization in their day- to-day work life together with the rest of the People & Culture Team. The support includes being the overall admin in different software systems, creating meaningful processes and policies and always making sure that the offices are nice and welcoming.

Being the go-to person in BLAST and other companies, has given Amanda a profound understanding of people's needs and behavior.
