Albena is a procurement specialist, global business travel expert and a strong advocate for designing and implementing sustainable travel programs for the modern business traveller. Over the course of her career, she held local, regional and global roles within business travel with exposure to the financial, insurance, professional services and healthcare industries. Albena is currently Vice Chair Europe for GBTA Sustainability Committee. She has been involved in the development and promotion of GBTA Sustainability Toolkit, GBTA Sustainable Procurement Standards and is currently leading the GBTA Rail Task Force. Previously, she was a Board Member of the Danish Business Travel Association.
